By eliminating all unnecessary elements while using natural materials such as bamboo, stone and glass, we meet our aspiration to create an ambience that encourages concentration, introspection, and a search for inner fulfillment.

Natural lighting is an essential element of the architectural design, while neutral earthy colors create an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. The large windows provide visual contact with the green garden, which has been designed according to the essential principles of Zen.
Ease
Balanze Pilates is located on a ground floor, to be as close as possible to the earth. It offers easy access and convenient parking, next to the tennis court of the Neo Psychiko Sports Center.
For your convenience, changing rooms for men and women, showers and lockers are available.
